Fees & scholarships

A registration fee of 450 EUR per participant will be charged upon acceptance, payable in advance. For candidates from MENA countries the registration fee is 300 EUR per participant.  

Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements and booking accommodation. Please note that the organisers have pre-booked some (twin) rooms for participants willing to share.

Scholarships

A very limited number of scholarships will be made available to participants working at non-profit organisations, to cover the programme registration fee. Please indicate in your application letter if you wish to be considered for a scholarship. 

Assistance for travel or accommodation is not usually provided but will be assessed on a case by case basis. Please indicate your particular circumstance in your application letter.
