Växjö Municipality

Växjö Municipality (Swedish: Växjö kommun) is a municipality in Kronoberg County in southern Sweden, where Växjö is the seat.  The municipality was created in 1971 by the amalgamation of the City of Växjö with the surrounding municipalities.
