Legal Counsel - Institutional Governance & Legal Affairs Team Leader, Administration
Jerker leads the Institutional Governance and Legal Affairs team, and advises senior management and governing bodies on institutional governance, regulatory, compliance, and risk-related matters. He provides operational legal advice to the units, and supports the development and implementation of institutional frameworks aligned with international standards.
He is closely involved in strengthening transparency, accountability, and ethical standards across the Institute, and contributes to institutional development by enhancing mechanisms for institutional oversight.
