Pascal Cuny

Pascal is the coordinator of the PASSAD-Forest, funded by the European Union, implementing in Côte d'Ivoire and aiming to strengthen sustainable and inclusive management of Côte d'Ivoire's forest resources. Three components of PASSAD-Forest respectively support the management of owned-state forests, facilitate the FLEGT VPA, and develop private forestry. 

He provides particular support in seeking complementarity, even synergy, between the three components with a view to measurable impacts at the end of PASSAD-Forest scheduled for August 2029
