Edwin Johan Santana Gaarder

Edwin's work focuses on trade-related aspects of sustainable supply chains, with particular emphasis on traceability systems, geolocation, and compliance with environmental and due‑diligence regulations such as the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). 

Edwin supports partner countries and stakeholders through technical advisory work, policy analysis, and capacity building, including the deployment of digital traceability tools like WHIMO ("What is my Origin"). 

He works at the intersection of environmental policy, international trade, and digital innovation.
