Gabriele Antoniella, PhD

Gabriele has a background in forest sciences and holds a PhD in Science, Biotechnology and Technologies for Sustainability. He works as a consultant for the European Forest Institute, contributing to projects on agroforestry and regenerative agriculture.
He is a researcher at the University of Tuscia, where he teaches urban forestry and conducts research on carbon farming, focusing on soil processes, biomass and carbon dynamics in forestry, peri-urban and agroforestry systems.
He also serves as president of the Bolsena Lake organic district, fostering initiatives that bring together local administrations and farmers to promote circular economy practices and sustainable territorial development.
