Victorine Nyobe
Victorine holds a Master’s degree in Project and Program Management from the University of Auvergne, France and is a statistician-economist by professional and educational background.
She worked for several years at the Ministry of Planning and Land-Use in Cameroon before switching to projects linked to natural resources management with GIZ. She enjoys multi-stakeholders, multi-levels collaboration and the capacity building of individuals and organizations.
Since 2025, she has worked at EFI as a Local Governance Expert for the Natura South-East programme. She supports municipalities in local planning processes, compliance and transparency of municipal budgets, effective function of local forest revenue management committees, and the design of green projects to finance local economic development.
