Janne Järvikylä

Janne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Information Technology from Karelia University of Applied Sciences (Joensuu).

 He has been working on online tools that help visualize large wood trade flows on a European level. Since joining EFI in 2022, he has been working on trade flow data visualizations, database systems, and large-scale forest growth models. He has also been in a major role implementing an open-source dynamic wood material flow system called aiphoria. He is passionate about software architecture and how to make systems perform faster and better.
