Grants available for forest restoration in Ghana

We have launched a call for applications for grant funding for forest restoration activities in Ghana. Funded by the EU, the grants can be used to support activities to advance farmer-managed forest regeneration, promote tree planting on farms, strengthen existing governance models, or other activities to promote best practices in forest restoration in the High-Forest and Savanna forest ecological zones in Ghana.
The grants are open to non-profits and farmer and community-based organisations with an active presence in Ghana. Non-profits can apply in consortium with at least one farmer or community organisation, while farmer and community organisations can also apply individually.
The deadline for applications is 23 April 2025. Learn more and see how to apply here.
