What is your view on forest management?

Climate change is transforming European forests and influencing the future forest management decisions. Forest practitioners have an invaluable role as stewards of nature – from private forestland owners to public forestland managers – and employees of companies managing forestland on behalf of private owners in ensuring that strategies are sustainable, adaptive, and resilient to environmental shifts.

Are you any of those? Have you wondered how can you support the development of European forest management recommendations? Take our survey to find out.

Answer our survey

The survey led by European Forest Institute (EFI) and Natural Resources Institute Finland (LUKE) under a collaboration between three European research projects: FORESTPATHS, FORWARDS, and HOLISOILS aims to assess how forest management trajectories may evolve in response to climate change.

Distributed across 13 European countries, this survey collects views from forest owners, forest managers and the general public towards acceptable forest management practices.

Your answers will only be used for research purposes. Answers cannot be linked to individual respondents. Your personal data is treated confidentially and is only available to project researchers.
