The aim of the project was to provide easy, readily available access to forestry information at the regional (North Karelia), national (Finland) and European level to a variety of target groups utilising the Internet. This objective was implemented by combining regional forestry expertise, knowledge on European forests and modern information and communication technology on a website, which is no longer available.
