World Forests, Society and Environment (EFI activities)

WFSE is an open, global, network of scientists, experts and practitioners. It provides an independent platform for broad participation and collaboration. WFSE supports sustainable forest-related development, livelihoods and inclusive growth as well as related policy processes through international collaboration in knowledge generation and exchange. EFI is a partner in WFSE. 

In 2001-2005 EFI's tasks included the preparation of European regional report and contributing to the policy brief. In 2019, our staff and close network was involved in the report Sustainable Development Goals: Their Impacts on Forests and People.
