Cecilia Rivera

Bridging government, academia, and international cooperation, Ceci has built her career at the intersection of environmental governance, climate policy, sustainable finance and project management. 

At Mexico's Federal Ministry of Natural Resources, she coordinated an intergovernmental program on air quality management. Before joining EFI, she worked for an international organization in Germany supporting local governments across Latin America and Asia on sustainable finance mobilization. 

At EFI she works in project management, overseeing monitoring, evaluation, and donor reporting.

Ceci holds a double master's degree in Environmental Sciences and Natural Resources Management and Development from the UASLP and the TH-Köln.
