Cecilia Rivera

Cecilia provides administrative and management support on EU/international and national research and policy support projects and proposals.

She holds a double master’s degree in Environmental Science and Natural Resources Management and Development from the University of San Luis Potosí and the Technische Hochschule Köln.

Previously during her studies she focused on air quality management governance. Within her professional background, Cecilia has worked with local governments, international organizations and institutions around the world to promote climate finance, sustainable development, among other topics.
