I focus on topics of urban forestry, nature-based solutions, green infrastructure and stakeholder participation. I have extensive policy and practice experience from participatory forestry, greenspace/GI planning, multi-agency partnerships and co-creation approaches. Prior to working with EFI, I gained many years’ experience with public sector organisations and NGOs where I co-ordinated environmental and greenspace partnerships involving diverse stakeholders from government, businesses and civil society. My PhD from RWTH University of Aachen focused upon Green Infrastructure and Citizen Participation approaches. I also hold an MSc in Natural Resources Management from Bangor and an MA(Hons) in Geography from the University of Edinburgh.
