Livia has a background in economics and holds a Master’s degree in Communication for Development and Journalism from Sweden and Italy.
She lived 16 years in Scandinavia, where she worked with many projects related to sustainability, both in leading PR and Advertising Agencies and for the Government of Sweden.
She is specialized in sustainability issues within architecture, fashion, mobility, innovation, gender equality, media engagement as well as nation branding and soft diplomacy. Her work got awarded both with the prestigious international “Sabre Award” and the Swedish main PR award “Stora PR Priset”.
She started at EFI as Communications Manager in 2022, with the opening of the EFI Biocities Facility in Rome, and since January 2026 she is the Communications Manager of the Engagement Unit.
