Louisa Bouri Saouter

Louisa Bouri-Saouter has been working for EFI since early 2025, starting with a science communication traineeship. She previously worked as a freelance journalist, a role through which she developed a strong interest in forests and the forestry sector, as well as a strong desire to explore their complexities. She now supports the work of the communications team of the Global Partnerships, and is working with French and English-speaking international programmes. She particularly enjoys engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and working across diverse communication activities and content to make knowledge clear, usable and accessible. She holds two master’s degrees: one in journalism and another in international relations.
