Junior Researcher
Marie has a double MSc. in Sustainable Forest and Nature Management from the Copenhagen University and Georg-August Universität Göttingen alongside a BSc. in Geography from Aalborg University, Denmark.
She has been working at the European Forest Institute since the spring of 2023. Her work is in the intersection between natural and social sciences, exploring knowledge transfer from science to practice, collaborative learning, and environmental conflicts in relation to topics such as climate change, forest restoration, and sustainable forest management.
