Päivi Pelli

EFI publications

Päivi Pelli works as a Researcher in the Bioeconomy Programme at EFI. She has worked at EFI on EU forest policy evaluations, regional action plans, and participatory foresight. Her recent research at the University of Eastern Finland is about evolving product service systems and sociotechnical change, which she assessed in the context of industrial wood construction. She is interested in systemic change from the perspective of individuals and organizations; how signals of changing operating environment can be detected and utilized. Currently her tasks at EFI involve several aspects of the evolving bioeconomy markets.
