As a Communication Officer at EFI’s Bonn office, Priscila dedicates herself to communication and dissemination tasks within EU-funded projects in the fields of sustainable forest management, forest restoration, environmental education, biodiversity and ecosystem services. With an academic and professional background in Journalism, she worked as a reporter for the international news agency Reuters, as a Communication Specialist at United Nations Climate Change and as a Communication Officer at ICLEI - Local Governments for Sustainability before joining EFI. Priscila holds an M.A. Degree in International Media Studies from the Deutsche Welle Akademie and the University of Bonn‐Rhein‐Sieg, Germany, and is currently studying an MSc in Biodiversity, Wildlife Conservation and Ecosystem Health at the University of Edinburgh.
