Communications Officer
Rosa Castañeda works in the communications area of EFI Bonn since 2020 supporting different projects of the Governance and Resilience programs.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Communication with a major in Audiovisual Media from the University of Lima and a master’s degree in International Media Studies from the DW Akademie. Se has experience working for Peruvian state institutions and international organizations as a videographer and photographer.
