Join EFI's Bioregions Facility in the Open Innovation Challenge Webinar on 2 February 2023 at 10:00 CET.
The webinar intends to engage with anyone interested in applying for the OIC by providing valuable content.
The Open Innovation Challenge (OIC) is a call for innovative bioeconomy solutions. Start-ups, companies, organisations and universities are welcome to apply and present their innovative solutions – in any stage of development. The OIC is structured around three themes:
- Carbon farming and climate-smart forestry
- Forest monitoring, early warning and response
- Unleash the potential of non-wood forest products
The best three innovations will receive a grant of 7,000 euros each and guidance to pitch their solutions to key stakeholders. This way, winners will get insights into the fitness and feasibility of their solutions, find partners, clients and support from leading European Bioregions, as well as gain recognition and advance in their professional networking.
Apply for the Open Innovation Challenge by 12 February 2023 (23:00 UTC). All information about how to apply can be found in the Grant submission guidelines on the website here.
During the webinar, we will discuss about how to apply for the competition and what are the benefits for the solution providers. Check out the agenda for the webinar:
