Scandinavian Society of Forest Economics (SSFE) 2025 Biennial Meeting
Understanding the Balance Between Climate Actions and Biodiversity

Aim and scope!
The aim of the society’s international meeting is to present research, exchange ideas and promote collaboration among, researchers in forest economics-related issues. The society covers a wide range of topics, including:

  • Business Economics of Forestry & Forest Management and Planning
  • Forest Policy
  • Forest Industry & Forest Products Markets
  • International Forestry

Main theme of the meeting
The meeting will address climate change mitigation and adaptation while simultaneously mitigating the biodiversity crisis.

Call for abstracts
The abstract should be maximum 300 words long, and preferable in PDF. Accepted abstracts will appear in the proceedings of the meeting. Submit your abstract before January 15, 2025, to: project-ssfe2025@nmbu.no   

Important dates

  • Abstract submission: January 15, 2025
  • Registration opens: January 30, 2025
  • Acceptance abstract: February 15, 2025
  • Registration deadline: March 15, 2025
