On the 5th and 6th of March, an interregional workshop will take place at INRA (Campus Forêt – Bois de Cestas-Pierroton) in the context of the INCREDIBLE project. The subject of this workshop is related to the research of EFI for SustForest+ project : Resin extraction as a building block of sustainable forest multifunctionality.
This workshop is addressed to forest owners, forest managers, forest firms, industrial managers, forest and technology consultants, policy maker and to the scientific community in general.
On the first day, two sessions will take place, about resin extraction from the forest owner’s point of view and from the public administration point of view. On the second day, the presentations will be about resin extraction from the resin tapper’s point of view and the creation of a common quality label to defend the interests of producers and harvesters.
As participants will come from Spain, Portugal, France and Tunisia, the presentations will be in English with French translations.
