The Wood Forest Higher Education Platform of the Excellence Initiative of the University of Bordeaux, in partnership with Xylofutur, offers a series of conferences aimed at transferring the innovations of the forest-wood-paper sector to a wide and diverse audience: students, professionals of the sector, teachers, researchers, general public, etc These public conferences are held throughout the year on Tuesday evening. They are shared with Quebec under the AQforêt-Bois agreement and can be followed by web conferencing.
Next Wood Conference of the 2018/2019 edition will take place next Monday, January 7, 2019 from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm at Bordeaux Sciences Agro on the theme: "Network Research Infrastructure for the Monitoring and Adaptation of Forests to Climate Change (REINFFORCE): Presentation of networks and first results » moderated by Christophe Orazio, Regional Manager of the European Forest Institute (EFI) as well as Hernán Serrano-León and Antonio Correia (EFI).
