Posters
The call for abstracts for poster presentations closed 31 January 2026.
Notification of acceptance or rejection of abstracts was issued in the first days of February.
Poster display schedule
Each poster will be displayed throughout the Forum based on its connection to the main themes explored during the week.
- General submission, Session 1: Forest and Diplomacy, Session 2: Ecosystem Service and Bioeconomy, and Session 3: Biodiversity and Resilience

If you wish, you may collect your Carob Workshop poster at the end of Wednesday 25 March and bring it to the Botanical Garden on Friday 27 March where you will also be provided space where to display it.
Poster preparation guidelines

The standard size for posters is 90 x 120 cm. Format and font size instructions are the following: 85 pt font for the main title, 36 pt for subheadings, 24 pt for body text, and 18 pt for captions.
Printing your poster
Presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their poster to Valencia.
You may print the poster at home and bring it with you, or print the poster directly in Valencia.
We have been informed that the UPV printing service (Reprografía en Valencia - UPV, F2 Architecture building) may be a convenient option for producing posters. This information is provided solely as a suggestion for participants’ consideration. EFI does not assume responsibility for the quality, pricing, timelines, or any other aspect of external printing services. Presenters are kindly advised to assess the available options independently and select the solution that best meets their needs.

Please do not submit an abstract unless you are committed to participating in the Forum. If unexpected circumstances force you to cancel your participation, we ask that you notify the following email address: efimed.forum@efi.int

You should enter authors and affiliation. At least one author from each accepted abstract must register to attend the EFI Mediterranean Network Forum 2026 and be identified as a presenting author on the submission form.
