Project governance
Strategic Country Boards (SCBs) in Indonesia and Malaysia were the project’s decision-making bodies. Composed of national government ministries and agencies and various EU services, the SCBs provided overall strategic direction and also served as platforms for technical and policy discussions. Multi-stakeholder Advisory Committees in each country provide comprehensive expertise and advice on implementation of project activities and technical topics of relevance.

Indonesia
The KAMI Indonesia SCB comprised five EU services and six Indonesia Ministries and agencies, including the Ministry of National Development Planning (Bappenas), Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs (KEMENKO), Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Home Affairs, and Ministry of Environment and Forestry.
